Medical Daily: Why Lauren Grabois Fischer’s Be Books Are Becoming A Staple Of A Healthy Elementary School Curriculum

The Medical Daily recently featured The Be Books in their online publication. We put so much focus on Academic success but why are we lacking in focusing on Emotional success? Our children are relying on us as parents and educators to help build them up to become strong-minded and happy individuals. When we focus on building up their self esteem and understanding of the world around them, we are in turn helping to create kind, accepting, and happy people.

The Be Books series helps children learn how to treat others with respect and helps them develop friendship skills to build healthy relationships with others. When someone loves who they are, they cannot help but share love with others.

It is so important that we teach our children to see the greatness within themselves and within others. We must inspire our children to see the greatness within the differences among us and instead of judging or criticizing others, we must embrace them and learn from each other. There is so much to learn.

The Be Books collection includes conversation and discussion questions at the end of each book which teachers can easily integrate into their classroom curriculum.
